 Chelsea are looking to re-establish themselves as a top club again in Europe. With so many transfer rumors circulating over who we need to sign, Ugarte from Sporting Lisbon looks more and more liekly we will be buying him in the market. Fabrizio Romano, notorious for his "Here we go!" transfer posts is the one we want to look for to tweet on this subject.

This guy is the end all be all transfer guru with all the inside knowledge across all European top 5 leagues and exploded onto the scene in 2017 with his famous slogan "Here we go!" in his posts. He is highly reliable so most of what he says goes in the transfer world. 


Think like Woj for the NBA, he is the football/soccer equivalent of Woj. Their transfer knowledge and sources are inside the clubs as most top clubs deliberately contact him regarding news in the transfer market. 


Fabrizio Romano has led us, the fans of Chelsea Football Club, to believe we have all but put pen to paper regarding signing Ugarte, a talented and exciting midfielder, from Sporting Lisbon FC. Ugarte was instrumental in seeing Sporting ease past Arsenal Football Club in the Europa League round of 16 round. This is crucial because it shows he is premier league proven, a valuable metric among the top talents across Europe. If we can sign him, I believe Chelsea will be obtaining a formidable midfielder in Ugarte as his skills will help us achieve our goals, especially on our notoriously long contracts we offer players to avoid FFP regulations.

 This is an inspirational post regarding the outlook for the future of Chelsea Football Club. We as everyone knows have new and noisy owners both in the market and in the dressing room. Todd Boehly has been very diligent within the dressing room and very hands on meaning we do have a new owner that cares about the club and its goals both financially and sporting. We have a 70B dollar group owning us so it only helps for us to be the ones benefitting in the transfer market. We have a new manager that has history of being good with young players like what we have.
