Problem Post

 There are several ongoing issues at Chelsea currently. We have too many players, the fans are divided, our squad has a mentality issue. 

The first problem is that we have far too many players at the club. Chelsea as everyone knows spent well over 600 million in the past two transfer windows to have the large squad we have right now without selling many of the players yet. I suggest we "trim the fat" as soon as possible for Pochettino as he will need to know what players he is going to be working with over the summer in preparation for the new season. 

The fans here are also divided and have been since Maurizio Sarri's time here. This is always based on who our manager should be. We constantly do not have effective dialogues on several platforms and even have the same issues on match days calling for certain managers to be sacked before the decision is decided. This is so toxic for the fanbase. 

Next we have the issue of the players mentality within our dressing room. These guys all have huge egos and to an extent far too much dip for their chips. Yes they have won a UCL but that was under a whole new regime and they should be respectful of our managers and owners as they are the lowest of the totem pole of priorities and security. Although you could make an argument at chelsea that we have a culture of over valuing our players leading to dressing room arguments with the managers and owners. 

This all needs to be fixed before the new season and if we don't fix it we can expect a new season of the same old crap that we had to endure as a fanbase last season.

Inspirational Post

 This is an inspirational post regarding the outlook for the future of Chelsea Football Club. We as everyone knows have new and noisy owners both in the market and in the dressing room. Todd Boehly has been very diligent within the dressing room and very hands on meaning we do have a new owner that cares about the club and its goals both financially and sporting. We have a 70B dollar group owning us so it only helps for us to be the ones benefitting in the transfer market. We have a new manager that has history of being good with young players like what we have. As long as we can back him financially I believe he can get us to win some trophies over the annoying Manchester City winning every domestic trophy.
